The products are manufactured from clean quality materials, specially processed and personally supervised at every stage of production. Our Production capacity is around 550 tonns a month includes all products.
COIR SHEETS:
1. Nature: Coir + Latex (80: 20)
2. Density: 80 g / sq mt to 180g / sq. mt
3. Size: As preffered
4. Packing: 10 pieces in a PP bag with PP strap tight.
5. Quantity output: 60 mt per month
TWISTED COIR ROPE:
1. Color: Brown Fibre
2. Moisture: 10% maximum
3. Impurities: 5% maximum
4. Diameter: 2. 5cm to 3cm thickness
5. Curls: 18 to 26 curls per feet
6. Quantity Output: 200 MT per month.
GOLDEN WHITE FIBRE:
1. Color: Golden White
2. Moisture: < 15% Max
3. Impurities: < 3% max,
4. Sulphur Trace: Nil (0% )
5. Fibre length: >10 cm
6. Quantity output: 100 MT per month +
7. Packing: In 110kg bales in 40’’HC FCL[20. 5 MT & above]
BROWN FIBRE:

4. Length: 50m, 100m, 200m per coil.
COIR YARNS:

3. Thickness: 3mm to 8mm or any sizes as prefferd
4. Length: any packing as preffered
COIR GEOTEXTILE:
